We control the HALO ecosystem. We don't control the internet. Here's exactly where our privacy promise meets the outside world — and what we do about it.

Cloud AI (Anthropic)

When local AI can't handle a complex query, HALO asks your permission first. Only the text of your question is sent — not your data, not your history.

We've opted out of AI model training. Your queries are not used to improve anyone's AI.

Cards require a processor. Stripe sees your card number and billing info to charge you. We don't store it.
